How can I make PyCharm recognize Dockerfiles that are not called exactly Dockerfile?

In my project, there are several Dockerfiles. As they are in the same folder they can't all be named Dockerfile. PyCharm only styles the one named Dockerfile as Dockerfile. Dockerfile_1, for example, gets no styling and no inspections.

How to make docker container ls -f name filter by exact name?

docker container ls -f name=foo returns all containers which have names that contain foo. This means it also return a container named foobar, for example. How can I filter for all the containers named exactly foo?
