Azure - cheapest way to host Angular micro-apps that need url rewrites

I have a SPA that is made up of multiple micro-apps each built with angular.

I would like to host on azure as a storage account as it’s all static files, however it requires some url rewrites for various routing reasons and there is no way to configure this in storage accounts.

What options do I have? It doesn’t seem like a good use of money / resources to use an app service just for the sake of url rewrites when the entire app is static files. Would the cdn be viable?

Any advice appreciated!
